Sunday of Comic-Con is usually the day I walk around the show floor for a couple hours, make any last purchases I have had my eye on, and soak it all in for a few more hours before heading home for the year. In a way, that’s what I did at the Sunday of this con.
Saturday of SDCC@Home! I poured myself a beer and spent some time hanging out with friends online and checked out more panels, just like at the con, except, well, very remote.
Still juggling the day job with tuning in to some panels while I work.
Lots of good stuff on the docket for today though!
Today highlighted the problem of a four-day con in the time of lockdown: the Day Job.
But still, even with the day job responsibilities, I was able to sneak in some of the day’s events.
If it were any other year, I would have woken up early, rode the Gold Line to Union Station, and hopped on the Amtrak to San Diego. I would have walked from the train station down the street towards The Manchester Grand Hyatt, and as I made the walk, would start to see people in […]
